	Ann Harrington General Manager Ann has worked for Paragon for 9 years. Graduate of Lancaster University with a MBA from Newcastle University, Ann has spent her working life within manufacturing, specifically within commercial and client services promoting a strong customer experience.
	David Monks Sales and Marketing Director David joined Paragon in July 2011. He has a strong background in planning for company stability and driving growth, developing solution sales propositions and opening up new markets.
	Rob Burgin Operations Director Rob worked for Bemrose Booth in Hull before joining Paragon in January 2011. He has 15 years’ experience within the Printing industry and specialises in the implementation of streamlined processes promoting efficiencies and a lean culture.
	Glen Stapleton Finance Director CIMA qualified accountant, Glen joined Paragon in June 2007. He has 23 years’ experience across a number of manufacturing industries including automotive, consumer electronics and glass.
