Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a shared commitment to bring about best practices throughout all its locations, acting responsibly towards our employees, local communities and the environment.
Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
- We respect industrial relations and promote workers' participation through consultation and information procedures, particularly within European Works Councils
- We support local communities and aim at defending and integrating vulnerable groups such as young and disabled people and immigrants
- We promote the social rights of workers providing equal opportunities, develop their vocational skills and offer lifelong training
- We respect health and safety standards and adopt preventive measures
- We follow internationally recognised social and ethical standards
Environmental Policy
Environmental issues are a fundamental part of Paragon's activities and it is our objective to be an environmentally conscious and responsible company. We continue to put these issues at the top of our business plan and are committed to achieving excellence across all of our business operations.
Paragon acknowledges that the type of service that we offer can have an impact on the environment and it is our policy to carry out all activities with a responsible attitude. As with our investment in better technology within our business, we put no less effort into ways we can reduce our impact through innovation and vigilant monitoring of our operations.
