Paragon has a proud heritage as a leader in document creation that dates back over 120 years. The foundation of the business was laid in 1886 when Lamson Paragon was formed in Canning Town, London.
Throughout the early 1900’s, Lamson Paragon expanded across Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, developing a successful document creation business. In the 1970’s the company merged with Moore, a US print group to form Moore Paragon, which became the world’s first global print company.
In 1998 Grenadier Group purchased the European document and labels businesses from Moore and since then has continued consolidation, and organic growth, supported by strategic acquisitions to broaden the delivery capability of the Group.
In 2004 a new company, Paragon Group Limited, acquired Grenadier and its subsidiaries. Grenadier continues as an industrial investment company within the Paragon Group, as well as supporting existing Paragon companies, it constantly evaluates opportunities to invest in related businesses and adjacent markets.
Throughout our long and successful history, Paragon has always enhanced its service capability with a clear investment strategy. Our approach has supported continued growth and ensures that we are always market innovators, delivering credible and valuable services to our clients.
