Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
- We respect industrial relations and promote workers' participation through consultation and information procedures, particularly within European Works Councils
- We support local communities and aim at defending and integrating vulnerable groups such as young and disabled people and immigrants
- We promote the social rights of workers providing equal opportunities, develop their vocational skills and offer lifelong training
- We respect health and safety standards and adopt preventive measures
- We follow internationally recognised social and ethical standards
Environmental Policy
Environmental issues are an integral and fundamental part of Paragon's activities and it is our objective to be an environmentally conscious and responsible company. We continue to put these issues at the top of our business plan and are committed to achieving environmental excellence across all our business operations.
Paragon acknowledges that the type of services we offer can have an impact on the environment and it is our policy to carry out all activities with a responsible attitude. In order to continue the reduction of the environmental impact arising from our operations, through a process of continual improvement, we assess the environmental impact of all historic, current and future operations.
Paragon is accredited to ISO14001, FSC and PEFC
