Paragon meets the needs of its diverse, global client base through a team of over 1,100 expert employees. Our heritage as a leading European printer is reflected in our team of over 200 highly skilled print professionals.
Paragon's evolution to a service led organisation is also reflected in our finishing and fulfilment team, which is the largest in our organisation, at over 20% of our total employees.
We ensure continual product and service innovation, through a team of over 40 R&D specialists research and IT professionals. Our customers are serviced through a team of 190 sales and sales support professionals across Europe, 90 in direct sales ranging from key account to telesales, and ensuring strong links to our markets and their evolution; and over 100 customer relationship and support staff.
Another key element in Paragon’s product and service offering is our logistics platform, with key hubs in France, the UK and Romania supported by a team of 90 warehouse and logistics professionals across all our locations.
Paragon's tight management structure is reflected in less than 2% of all employees accounted for by general management.
