Paragon acquire Pressure Seal Systems in a bid to retain position as market leader
Paragon Group UK Ltd have recently added to their extensive business portfolio following the acquisition of Pressure Seal Systems (PSS). Through the acquisition of PSS, one of the industries largest pressure seal manufacturers, Paragon retain their position as leader within the pressure seal market.
Based in Southampton and Bradford, PSS manufacture and distribute pressure seal equipment to companies throughout the world. After the success of the PS200, the first office machine created by the company, PSS extended the range of equipment to offer a dozen different machines complemented by innovative forms. The pressure sealers can process from 1,440 forms to 40,000 forms per hour depending on the model.
Leader in Europe and North America, PSS supply more than 40 countries worldwide and their customer base comprises very large accounts such as WHSmith, Zurich, HMV, Granada, Nexus, Transco, Easyjet, Debenhams, Deutsche Bank among many others.
Focusing on developing pressure seal products and initiatives for their customers, Paragon will continue to invest in the pressure seal products and services offered to their extensive client list.
