Paragon opens new offices to support Print Services focus

Paragon Group, the leading print manufacturer and print management specialist, has announced the opening of new offices for its expanding Print Services division.

Paragon has reaffirmed its commitment to Lutterworth, near Leicester, and has now made it a dedicated centre of expertise specialising in value added services. Paragon’s Sales and Marketing Director, Stuart Scott said: “The new Lutterworth operation has been custom designed with our print management client base in mind. The team includes specialists in process analysis, project management, design, systems & technology including ecommerce, procurement and customer service.”

He adds: “We will be making best use of our web based facilities, namely Paragon’s E-commerce Platform, and our procurement capabilities to ensure that we deliver the full service offering that our customers have come to expect. Lutterworth is now in a position to grow and develop over time and we are looking forward to a very promising future ahead.”

The new, more extensive print services offering includes print on demand, supply chain management, consultancy-based advice, design services, call centre management, systems development and the implementation of specific recommendations following tailored business audits for clients. It delivers a bespoke offering to suit each customer, assisting them to meet their own business objectives and targets.

From the Lutterworth site, Paragon has diversified into new markets such as professional associations, leisure, travel and retail. The new structure has also further expanded Paragon’s product and service portfolio, to include greater marketing, promotion and full colour work to clients,

The new Lutterworth Print Services centre is part of wider changes in the Group, where each of Paragon’s 4 UK sites has a specialist focus, to make best use of its specific assets, knowledge base and capabilities, and a commitment to “best-in-class” performance.
