PEP receives its 100,000th online order

Designed and developed by Paragon, PEP provides a facility to clients of the Paragon group in the UK and Europe. The platform allows some 60,000 users to order online from a personalised catalogue and guarantees improved levels of efficiency and control. Currently PEP receives on average 800 orders per day, demonstrating its convenience and accessibility to customers.

Paragon’s long-term strategy is to implement all contracted customers on PEP so that they can benefit from improved customer service levels and cost reductions. This strategy is synonymous with Paragon’s aim to enhance customer’s business practice through efficient, cost effective solutions.
