Our online ordering system has been expressly developed and has evolved during the last five years, to meet the requirements of each and every one of our clients, whatever their size.
As an online product, our ordering system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, wherever your location. It has the capability to recognise the customer and apply appropriate controls (as set up by the customer) to each individual user. By doing this, the system enables efficient supply chain management and the application of individual budgetary controls.
The system stores online, image samples of each product available for call off, providing a quick reference tool for its users. It has the ability to link seamlessly to clients’ procurement and stock order systems, and carrier tracking systems to provide ‘real-time’ status or proof of delivery.
In addition, our online catalogue has the ability to show and store all delivery requests to multiple sites, whether UK or overseas, and the capability to show multiple languages and relevant currencies.
Our online catalogue is not limited to print products, or to products produced in Paragon facilities, but is a powerful general-purpose procurement platform for all types of frequent-purchase items, such as workwear, office stationery, signage, etc.
